They are so pretty with both dress and jeans! The contrast opalescent red-on-black (or black-on-red) applique design of the fabric is so rich and luxurious. It grabs my attention right away. I got a pair in size 7M after I trying on 3 pairs in 6.5M, 7M, and 7.5M (which I usually go for to accommodate my wide feet). Depending on the brands, I normally prefer to wear size 6.5M to avoid having my heels slipping out of my shoes. Size 6.5M in this style is too small in the toe box area for me because of the almond-shaped design. Although these shoes in size 7.5M fit comfortably, they do not stay on while I am walking, my feet slip right out (but I have small heels anyway). Size 7M fits just right but will need a little time to break in to feel more comfortable around the toe area. So I would recommend to go half a size larger than your normal flat-shoes size. For the insole, amongst 3 pairs that I tried on, for some reasons the insole area directly under the heel did not seem to be fully attached. I don't know if that is part of the style/make. It does not affect my wearing these shoes though.
