Mine didn’t arrive totally whipped but I live in Texas where it’s still in the 90s. This is velvety and doesn’t leave your hands greasy. If you think this is too thick, you don’t really want shea butter and you should just buy watered down lotion. It smells similar to cocoa butter but it’s a light scent.
