If you work long days with masks that hurt the backs of your ears then you need these headbands, at least 8 so you have one for laundry day.

Worth for what I paid

I work long hours on the medical floor and I have to wear a mask the entire shift. This headband helps that mask stay on. The only problem is that it's too loose. I have to clasp it tighter with a metal clip to keep it from sliding off. Once I tighten it, the band and the mask stay on.
