The quality is fairly good. When used after waxing and in tandem with IPL treatments, carbon dye is supposed to allow hair removal of lighter colors such as red and blond...even grey or white hair !!!<br /><br />Everyone is different and only time will tell how effective this will be.<br /><br />Don't let the quoted time scare you if you need rush processing. Just send them an email and ask for it. These folks are based out of Colorado and they are very responsive. Cindy called me within an hour or so of sending an email regarding expedited shipping...and voila, I received my order within a few days.<br /><br />I will be returning to fill orders from Avance from now on.
