An exellent Eyeliner-Gel
I bought this in a local drugstore. Perfect eyeliner - smooth, easy to apply, dries very fast, stays all day and doesn't smudge at all. I even like the little brush that comes with it. The best eyeliner I've ever had of any type.<br />Just have to add that I find it hilarious that the product in the picture has a label that's also in Hebrew, but won't ship to Israel...
