Interesting concept, initial thoughts!
* I am in my early 30s with sensitive acne-prone skin with very very dry patches. I have some acne scars, discoloration and quite a bit of sebaceous filaments.<br /><br />Description of Product:<br />- CARLA Lacto Biome Red Shot Ampoule Essence<br />- This is a watery essence with an herby scent<br />- **To use, you pump down a bit harder the 1st time to burst the top layer. Then shake to mix the two layers together<br /><br />My Impression:<br />- This is a quickly absorbed essence that doesn't cause too much stickiness. My skin does feel hydrated more.<br />The bursting of the pomegranate layer was pretty novel and interesting to do.<br /><br />Conclusion:<br />- So far so good, I haven't had any breakouts, redness or irritations after using this. I'll update with any findings after longer term use.
Dual component serum that hydrates nicely
This face serum by Carla comes in a beautiful glass bottle that has a pump dispenser on the top. It is a dual serum so make sure you mix it well before you dispense it since it tends to separate.<br /><br />It has a gel like consistency almost and is lightweight. It absorbs quickly but the skin does feel a bit sticky after it is applied. That feeling fades after about 5 to 10 minutes or so. Once it is faded the skin feels soft, smooth and looks great. All in all a great product.
