These strawberries are soft and curl your hair pretty well. The strawberries are soft enough that you can sleep with them on without a problem and they stay secure in place, even better than most clip on foam rollers due to their twist-and-lock function.

So soft, so comfortable, so cute, so easy. I read that they pull your hair out- but I have super thin, straight, long hair and had zero issues. Maybe it is a hair type thing. I washed my hair, put in mouse, blow dried it out, put in the curlers and then wrapped my head. Then viola! The trick is to leave enough hair at the bottom OUT of the rollers.

These are the best curlers ever made!!!<br /><br />I have thick long, red, Irish hair, down to the middle of my back. I've always wanted to put those huge model-like curls in my frizzy lion's main but, it takes over 2 hours to do it with a curling iron and, my hair is so thick and heavy, I've never been able to use curlers of any variety... Until now! :D<br /><br />Pros:<br />Hair raps evenly, stays up, doesnt hurt, is the most comfy to sleep on, only takes 16 curlers to hold all of my hair (most curlers, over 40 due to volume) and leaves no dents in the ringlets!<br /><br />There are so many other pros... The curl is protected inside the foam and does not require the cap! Doesnt feel heavy/is comfortable with all of my hair wrapped!<br /><br />There are only 2 cons: You NEED a lot of hair for them to stay securely in place. A short, thin layered curl isn't gonna stay. Thin, shoulder length hair isnt gonna stay. I had to put much more of my hair in a roller than i normally would, which was MUCH BETTER for my needs! :)<br /><br />They also do the typical foam curler, gets-tangled-in-your scraggly-ends thing. I had to snip a couple out at the very end, but I've let my hair grow wild and untrimmed for a few years, now, so, Those frizzy ends never do well in foam! :)
First time using hair rollers and worked fine!
I have shoulder length hair and it gave me nice curls. I tried both on damp and dry hair and I found it less frizzy when using dry hair. When rolling my hair I found that you have to start from the ends and roll your way up or you'll end up with a tangled mess when unrolling. My rolls did loosen a bit when sleeping but a shower cap might fix that problem. If you have a sensitive scalp it will be painful to sleep in if you don't find the right position.
