Pretty and (NOT) Disappointing

Wig was pretty and just as pictured but it tangled easily and one of the the adjustable straps broke within 1 week after I got it. I probably wouldn't purchase again because of poor craftsmanship.<br />*UPDATE!<br />After being contacted by a representative from the company and after exchanging several emails the problem with the adjustable straps being stronger was fixed and I was sent a new wig. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars not only because of the exceptional customer service but because they quickly addressed the problem. Excellent way to do business. I'm very impressed. I WILL but again!
