These soft small cups make massaging so much easier. ...
These soft small cups make massaging so much easier. They suction your skin into the cup lightly or strongly to bring the blood to the surface depending how much you squeeze them before putting on your skin. Of course you have to use some kind of oil. I used coconut oil because of its healing properties. Then you just glide them along your body wherever you are hurting. You can also just make them pop your skin if that is what you would rather do. The large ones are about 2 inches high and about and about 1 1/2 inches inside diameter. the tall ones are for your neck and face. I used them on my daughter, granddaughter and on myself. They do take forever (about a month) to be delivered!!
Nice Cupping Set
These cups arrived with just the cups, nothing else, so don't expect instructions or a CD. If you are buying this, you should have already done your own research on cupping techniques and how to use these cups on specific parts of the body. I mostly used the two small cups on my face (the ones that look long and thin) and the larger ones on my legs. The larger ones are the same size. I have bad circulation and some cellulite in my legs, so I think this helped move some of the fluid in my legs and made the cellulite less noticeable in some parts on the back of my leg, but I will have to keep using it to see more improvements. When I use the cups, I usually put coconut oil on my legs or face so the cups slide over the skin easy. The material of the cups are pretty sturdy and the cups are blue like the picture. I do think the cups are a little darker than what the picture shows. It would be nice if the largest cups were actually a little bigger. The smallest cup was useful for areas around the eyes and nose, but I also think it should have been a little larger so it could have more suction. This seller is in Hong Kong, so you will have to wait longer than usual for it to come to the US. It was really cheap compared to some other sellers, so I think the wait was worth it.
