A 5-Star Company Creates Another Brilliant Product!

You are probably wondering why four stars with an introduction as such…well, I think it was just a minor manufacturing hiccup that more than likely didn’t like being shipped accordingly.<br />I love every Chris Christensen product that I have purchased (buttercombs, slicker, T-rake, wood pin brushes and all other brushes). PERIOD. I have a drop-coat fur baby and it’s crucial to use the right tool at the right time. You can go to this company’s website and find the exact products they recommend by breed. This is a professional grooming/show line…priced as such and worth every penny. I have 10 years of products and my first slicker brush is still in great shape. That’s why I was bummed to use this brush once and a pin fell out. I was using it as a finishing brush. Meaning, I had detangled Mila’s coat, bathed her, combed her out after drying, and was touching up her ears and face real quick as we were leaving for an appointment. The soft pad is meant for this. It stimulates the coat gently and is meant to glide freely through the hair. If there’s any resistance, I stop and go up a color to medium or even firm. The seller was insistent that I be using the brush properly-which I had already explained in my replacement request-and swapped it out for a second brush. This brush has been perfect! Like I said, it was probably a blip…therefore 4 stars. Five stars are just that…5’s all around. Maybe 4.5…:)
