I like the tool
I like the tool. I even ordered extra heads. Only problem I encountered was charging it. I used it twice and recharged again, but after that it worked less than a minute and it was absolutely dead, no power at all. I was ready to return it, but I asked my husband (he is an electrician and has plenty of tools to check it) to charge it using 220V outlet. We are fortunate to have it in our house. After charging this tool there it worked perfectly. This item comes with adapter to use US power.

Great purchase for the money.I The product wouldn't charge the first time, even with the voltage converter that came with it. I contacted the company and they sent me a different voltage converter and it works great. The customer service I received was excellent, They took care of my problem and kept me well informed. I would recommend this product.
