Great product- even better customer service
I purchased this trio of lotion bottles after having a very positive experience with the smaller tubes of ClimbOn. We love this lotiion-creme. The product is actually so thick that it can be difficult to get it out of the pump bottle. I would probably recommend for now that customers opt for purchasing tubes of this product in smaller sizes until the larger options are available in a more reliable container.<br /><br />The manufacturer was very responsive to our feedback, and made every conceivable effort to ensure we were satisfied. Their genuine concern made us want to support this small manufacturer even more.
