I order a lot of hair products and return almost all of them - NOT this one.

So many companies fail like you won't believe, or if you order a lot of extensions and wigs, you definitely will believe. I fried the front of my hair off and I have very short bangs now, so I searched and found this. I ordered it but I was afraid it would be too thick but its a great volume. I used Shimmering Lights purple shampoo to tone this and it went smoothly and perfectly, no shedding, no complaints, clip is strong. Dries just fine and styles well with heat. One of the few hair pieces I haven't returned. I use it pretty much daily and I will be ordering another. Great piece, finally.

PERFECT EXCEPT FOR THE CLIP

This piece is perfect except that the clip was sewn on backwards. I love the color and the side tendrils. I can remove and re-attach the clip so I can wear it but other than that I love this piece. I would have given it 5 stars except for the clip mistake and from the other reviews it looks as if all their bangs were sewn with the clip on backwards.
