I purchased this to use as a hair moisturizer for the cold dry winter months. It's wonderful. I have fine high porosity 4b/c hair. Even though my hair is fine it loves hair butters. It doesn't weigh my hair down. It moisturizes and seals my hair for a good 2days (during the cold dry season...for which I normally would have to moisturize twice in one day) which for this high porosity gal is great. It is pretty thick and the smell is strong...like a whole pot of coffee is brewing strong...but the scent does die down after a few hours. So if you can't take strong natural smells and you don't like thick butters then this probably isn't for you. It is also surprisingly very calming for itchy skin. So for me It's a win win for this 2 ingredient mash up!

This coffee butter is lovely. It is rich, creamy, and smells exactly like fresh brewed coffee! It's like walking into a cafe every time you apply it. The scent will last all day on your hair and leaves a soft coffee aroma on your skin. *Update: This coffee butter does wonders for my 4a low porosity hair! After I use my shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil conditioner(amazing conditioner btw), I apply the coffee butter all over my damp hair. When I tell you this butter defines your curls. I am very impressed! My curls are super hydrated and it literally looks like I applied eco gel on my strands(it looks lIke a wash n go minus the gel). Even on dry hair it defines your curls and moisturizes. This will leave your hair feeling really soft and manageable. I knew I would love this coffee butter but it surpassed my expectations!โ๐น

I love this product. I like to use a little in my hair before styling it. Also use some on my arms and hands. It smells awesome, leaves my skin soft and I use it every day. ๐
Soothes my sore hands like no other!
My hands get dry and crack in the winter - especially when I am doing a lot of cooking or cleaning. I find that Plant Guru's Coffee Butter does more for my hands than many other things I have tried (and smells better than the stuff originally made for livestock that is sold in the green square tin). It's a bit greasy and takes a few minutes to get rubbed in (don't use too much!), but it soothes more than the other stuff. Plain ol' lotion doesn't do much for me, but this really helps!<br /><br />Plus, my curly-headed daughter can use it on her lovely locks! Love products that have more than one use!

Smells like a Starbucks coffee
Smells like a Starbucks latte! I absolutely love this butter. I'm an African American woman and I plan to use this butter in my hair. Just received it today and applied a little around my nape and side burns as a sample test to see if I am not sensitive to it. I will be applying more to my whole scalp going forward but so far so good. I will give an update in two weeks. Plant Guru provided excellent customer service to me in answering all my questions this is my first time using an organic product especially to my scalp area they were very reassuring and friendly and told me it was safe to do so. I will be buying more products from this company in the future they are amazing. And the packaging was flawless. I hate when I receive oils through shipping and when you twist the lid sometimes it's just the oil itself and no seal. This butter came with a tamper proof seal yall! I was blown away with how great they packaged this item with Tender love and care. That's what's up! Thank you plant guru!
