It works
I was having problems with my gums and I started using this product and over sometime it started to get better.
Best toothpaste for gum issues.
I've tried a number of toothpastes to help problem gums, even some organic toothpastes. Colgate Gum Defense helps me the most.
Doesn't make my gums bleed.
This is one of the very few toothpastes that don't make my gums bleed. It is still very minty and seems very concentrated (good thing?). One thing I don't like is how it kind of "chalks around" the opening....I just wipe it with my toothbrush and mix it in with the rest of the paste. But it's really not that big of a problem. And I'm just really happy to have non-bleeding gums :)

Toothpaste- what is there to say? Colgate knows what it is doing with toothpaste. The 'Total' in the name means it whitens or protects better or something- all I know is it keeps my teeth sparkly and clean
