Great look, fresh smell, inexpensive price! Get it
In a day and age when shampoos make all kinds of promises it's rare to find one that does what it says. I have mid/short length hair that is thick and course, yet due to weight of the hair it can fall flat. eSalon products deliver as promised and leaves my hair healthy, yet volumized and natural. Smells clean and light...I get compliments not only on n the look of my hair, but the smell as well.

Super Thick formula, but it's great stuff!
Okay so let me first say I didn't buy mine from Amazon. I bought mine through eSalon's Match-Up program (3 products per shipment for $30, the first month is $15) I ordered the Big Love Shampoo, Big Softie Conditioner and, Get Lifted Root Lift Spray. I have her fine thin hair so I am always on the lookout for products to boost volume without breaking the bank. I have tried all sorts of products, everything from Living Proof, to Nioxin, Aveda's Invati line, Redkin, Purology, etc. Now, I'm not saying the products from the other lines don't work, a lot of them are great, but they cal also be pretty pricey. I already use eSalon to color my hair (if you haven't tried them yet, you should) and their regular shampoo/conditioner packets they send along with your hair color are great (and smell amazing). But I need VOLUME, not southern beauty queen volume, but volume none the less. So! In comes Big Love & Big Softie. For $15 for my first order I couldn't say no. Both the shampoo and conditioner are SUPER thick. So thick I had a little trouble getting them to pump out of the bottles. I was worried that something so thick would just weigh my hair down and it would have been a waste of money. I WAS WRONG. The big test for me is "second day hair". Most volumizimg products do well the day you wash, and that's great. But, what about the next morning? The answer, NOPE. I'm on my second day hair as I wrote this and it still has some decent volume to it. I can't swear it's just the conditioner, but the shampoo/conditioner/root lifter combo worked really well. I would recommend it. Especially if you do eSalon's Match-Up. Three salon quality products, of your choice for $30 is nothing to stick your nose up at. Ill be ordering it again for sure, next time with their Volumizing mousse (just to give it a try too).<br /><br />TL/DR: Give it a try, it's a very thick formula, but it works and it won't break the bank.

This conditioner seems to be working averagely well. It doesn't leave a residue or smell funny, no negative opinions here. Literally this is just conditioner. I was a little disappointed at the size of the bottle.
