Color Club Polish
The neon colors from Color Club are great. I have received more compliments on this polish than any other I have ever worn. It stays on well. You must use a top coat, however, to make it shiny.

Great!
I've gotten so many compliments on my nails after using these. On my volleyball team we painted all our nails a different neon color and it looked so cute! The colors are really bright, and look even better with the top coat. Only complaint, the top coat got really think after a while so I had to buy a different kind. Other than that, would definitely buy all the colors again if I run out!
