Helps with anxiety
I recently bought this to help with anxiety symptoms. Ice or anything cold helps calm the vagus nerve on your neck so I like to rub the ice on my neck to bring myself down. It really helps me and so glad I found this item

Kind of difficult to use with aloe and pouring it into the hole at the top without a funnel other than that super easy to use!
Convenient!
Super convenient to use and helps make it so that I no longer have to freeze my fingers holding onto ice cubes or an ice pack. Just a heads up that the ice does take a little while to melt in order for the cap to pop off so I would recommend letting it thaw for about 5-10 minutes before you use it. Otherwise, the pressure of taking off the cap will cause the ice to split in half. Which, defeats the whole purpose. Overall, a great thing to have on hand and the great price is an added on plus!

This works well, you just have to make sure that after taking it out of the freezer you should run cold water over it or let it sit for about five minutes before using it, or else the ice might break in two.
