Works well but I have to leave it on longer than instructed

This is much cheaper than a salon dye. It works very well, but because I have very light, fine eyebrows, I have to leave the product on much longer than the instructions say. It takes about 18 minutes for me. It doesn't burn my skin or leave a rash. Any dye that colors my skin goes away within a couple of washes, but the brows stay dark for weeks.
