I love the deep rich color and the smooth application
I love the deep rich color and the smooth application. This lipstick stays put on my lips and is still in place even after eating a meal. Feels very light on my lips.
Was looking for a dupe for Mac Viva Glam IV
These days you can find inexpensive dupes for high end products, and the quality is many times as good or in some cases even better, and price wise it's great. Colourpop is one such brand. While not exactly a match for Viva Glam IV (as suggested on Temptalia), which Mac very unfortunately doesn't make anymore (VERY disappointing!), this is somewhat close in color. A little chunky in the glitter aspect, and not quite as "berry", but I top it with a bit of neutral lipstick (or really pretty top it with L'oreal Infallible 8 hour pro gloss in shade 505) and good to go. Cheaper brands no longer carry the stigma of being garbage, as a former user of Nars foundation, I now use Wet and Wild Mega Cushion foundation for around $8 and the color is perfect, the formula is creamy, and it lasts! So, more expensive isn't always better.
