Generally suprised! Definitely recommend!!!!!!
First off a water pik is not a replacement for flossing, but its better than not flossing at all, even those with braces and bridges can floss put they dont because its too time consuming!! I worked in the dental field for 20+ years and had braces 2 x myself. I am pleasantly suprised how efficient this water pick is. Came in the mail this morning and already tried it out for myself. You can choose the desired setting before turning it on, which eliminates a mess and the highest DIY speed is probably the highest you would want to use anyway before actually causing damaging your gums. I have been in the dental field, floss 2 x a day (ocd) and am 40 and never had a cavity I personally didn't need this, I bought it for my 7 yr old who can take it in the shower. She brushes 2 x a day and attempts to floss or I help, she isn't a sugar eater but just had a cavity (broke my heart). Dentist said her teeth are just soooo tight together. I purchased with the hopes this will help her a little more and for my husband who refuses to floss๐คฃ. I will also probably end up using it in the shower for a Lil extra, won't hurt, lol. I plan on dying never getting a cavity! Highly recommended
Affordable and Works!
I recently got veneers done on my teeth and the dentist told me a water pik will help with the maintenance of it but t I didn't want to pay a lot of money for one. This one is perfect is affordable and easy to use and get the job done. just make sure you only use water with it.

Very Adjustable
I just used this for the first time and so far I'm very happy with it. This is the 3rd water flosser I've bought on Amazon, each from a different brand and all made in China. Each one lasted about a year, more or less.<br />If this works well for a year, I'll be satisfied, and if not I'll be back with an update.<br /><br />This one works even better than the first two. It's physically smaller, although the reservoir seems about the same size, and it has better texture on the surface so it's easier to handle. I have big hands but sometimes that 1st one used to get away from me.<br /><br />Another thing I like about this one is that you can select the pressure before pressing the power button. That's a big win for me because I like change modes during use without spraying water everywhere. The other thing that I like is the DIY mode which allows me to adjust the pressure over a wide range. I used to have a problem because when the last one was freshly charged, it was too hard, and the soft mode was too soft. This one allows more choice.
