Great for 3-year-old's straight hair
Perfect for toddlers/young kids. Agree with other reviewers that the bristles are not too soft like baby hair brushes, but not as stiff as regular (teen/adult) hair brushes. I use it on 3-year-olds hair, and they brush their own hair, too. Theirs is straight hair, I would say medium weight hair (not fine, not thick). I have not tried it on curly hair.

I have multiple baby toddler hair brushes but this is by far my favorite. My daughter has dry scalp and it really helps.

My daughter has very very fine hair. And this is the perfect brush for her. It is a cute and sturdy brush. We take them everywhere, will be ordering another one soon. I have tried other products that looked similar to this, but this is by far the best quality brush that I have purchased.
