Pretty..well packed...shipped in a timely manner.

It's pretty, but I thought I was getting two for 19.99 ( that's my fault) Way overpriced. I would say 9.99. I used it once so far, I have thick hair and because of the way the jewel's are on it It doesn't weave in & out of your bun IF that's how you plan to wear it. The time of shipping was ok It was packed VERY well. It seem's well made, hopfully it will hold up & the jewel's are secure. They do look to be.
