Beauty hurts

It takes a while to figure out how to use it (package doesn't come with instructions). I recommend looking up "how to" videos that really helped me a lot. It does hurt, but it gets the job done! Very happy with my purchase especially with the price it's for. Even though shipping takes a few weeks, it was totally worth it for me.

... as effective as threading or waxing it is a great tool to use when you're in a rush

Although this product is not as effective as threading or waxing it is a great tool to use when you're in a rush. I will say this is not the best tool for defining or shaping eyebrows but it is helpful for removing all hair on the upper lip, cheeks, chin, forehead etc. I would suggest to watch the YouTube tutorials before purchasing it as it can be a tricky tool to maneuver at first.

Not exactly the same as the image, but usable

I thought the handles were going to be rubber like the picture shows. They're plastic. Regardless, they work fine, but deceiving your customers isn't cool.
