best product for low iron
Cypress Poly Iron is a great product. several years ago I had something happen to my system that stopped any iron production/conversion in my body. It caused me to be very sluggish and the doctor recommended I take an iron supplement. I started with store bought stuff that was hard on my system and didn't really work. I asked a friend of mine who is a pharmacist and this is what he recommended. Ive been using them ever since and now when I get blood work done, my iron levels are right on. One capsul every night does the trick!
