My husband's favorite soap & the brand's shaving products
If you like D R Harris Arlington shave soap, this is for you.
Im a big fan of D R Harris shave soaps and creams. Arlington and Windsor are my favorites. If you like the Arlington line, this is a great bath soap for you. Exact same fern citrus fragrance. I immediately ordered another after using the first one time. Great product.
A scent and lather that are a bit tricky, but worth the time for a proper shave.
Great scent, subtle in a soap rather than cream form. Maybe it's the Colorado air, maybe it's my brushing technique, or a bit of both, but this one takes a good amount of work to get up a lather. But when you do get it right, in a hot scuttle, daaaaamn, it's one of the better soaps I have, and I have probably 60 by now. Maybe 58, not sure. I would have bought it out of the wooden bowl, I think, in retrospect. It's a nice bowl, but I'm not sure how well the scent sticks around in one. The label was also taped to the sides of the bowl, so it tore right off. I was not too impressed with that. Luckily, it's the only bowl like that I have in my cabinet, so I know which one it is. The lid to the bowl itself doesn't stay on very well either. But still, it's a great soap. One of the top 5 pucks I'd say I have along with Tabac and MWF and others I can't think of right now.
