Product is wonderful, but I had an issue.

Deep Steep Vanilla Peppermint is a wonderful fragrance with quality ingredients. I ordered this hand cream because I can’t find the Vanilla Peppermint body lotion anywhere, and when I saw this on Amazon I was happy that I could at least get the hand cream. Impossible to get this fragrance anywhere now, all gone until next Christmas (maybe they will bring it back, no guarantee). My issue was with the seller, but I hasten to add they have tried very hard to make things right. I complained that the tube appeared to be at most 2/3 full. It’s only 2 ounces to begin with, so how can I even measure this? It was just that the tube had nothing in the bottom third when I squeezed it. This could actually have been just settling, I don’t know, but since I paid $17 for it, I was upset. Crystaline reached out right away and gave me a refund, so no arguments there. I just want to repeat, Deep Steep has a wonderful product in this fragrance, and the third party seller, Crystaline, did everything they could to make it right. I took off one star for my issue, but all is now resolved. Thank you.
