Simple but inexpensive
I cannot believe how inexpensive. Probably only cost .05 in parts, but machine to bend wire, labor, processing, and shipping. The product is tight enough to hold hair, but does not give me a headache like plastic ones do.

Good for men, not for women
My husband liked these while he tried growing his hair out. They worked well for him. He liked to position then on the very back of his head, and I had to wonder how they stayed on. These are really more for round, circular shaped heads. When I put this on my head, I could stick a finger in between the band and sides of my head.
