Does exactly what it says it will
Great product. Super happy with my purchase. Takes a little practice but once you get it, itโs easy. The wax it comes with is great ! I just wish it would stay heated when it was unplugged. But either way, for the price. Canโt go wrong. Great purchase !

Nice kit for beginners easy to use
Convenient, comfortable, but a bit time consuming
This roller waxing kit includes 1 compact, lightweight roller, 2 wax cartridges, 10 wipes and 100 wax strips. It's easy and safe to use, gentle on skin and leaves little mess. It removes hair effectively, is portable and can be easily packed for travel. The roller has to remain plugged in to keep the needed temperature, while the control buttons are very sensitive to touch. The time it takes to get the job done is a bit longer than I would like.
Amazing wax but the machine could be improved; 3.5 stars
Things to note:<br />-The buttons are very sensitive. I accidentally turned off my machine a few times while using it.<br />-Temperature is in Celsius<br />-Comes with 2 wax cartridges, tons of wax paper strips that are of good quality, and 10 wax remover wipes<br />-The machine is a little bulky but I think with practice, it'll be easier to handle<br />-Cord attaches to the side of the machine near the base<br /><br />Pros:<br />-Wax works well and doesn't leave much residue. One of the better waxes I've ever used<br />-Easy to setup and use<br />-Rolls well<br />-Not too heavy<br /><br />Cons:<br />-Cord is short (5ft) and gets in the way a lot<br />-I couldn't tell how long to let it heat up for to melt the wax so I had to check/test it every so often to see when it was ready to use<br />-The machine beeps loudly every time you press a button which means if you want to change the temperature, be prepared for a lot of loud beeping<br /><br />Overall I love that this is handheld. It's super easy to use. The wax itself is great and didn't leave a lot of residue on my skin. The short cord is annoying but it can be fixed with an extension cord. Honestly I like the wax so much that I can ignore the flaws.
Doesnโt work on coarse facial hair
I got this product hoping it would help with my super coarse facial hair (Iโm a woman). It doesnโt, but that isnโt the productโs fault. I read online that really coarse hair has to be pretty long (like half an inch long!) for waxing to be effective, and who would want to let their facial hair grow like that? Not me!<br /><br />It works for other types of hair, though. I was able to wax my legs. The temperature control is reassuring (no worries about burns), and the roll on applicator is way less messy than sticks in a pot. It comes with plenty of supplies, too. So, even though I didnโt get my wish, I think this kit is a good one.
