Nice to run this in a defuser in the bathroom ...
I bought this, along with an aromatherapy defuser, a couple months ago when i got the nasty kind of cold that makes you want to use Vicks. Breathing stuff in that defuser was soo relieving. I bought more defusers for my toddlers' bedrooms too, and they have been notabley healthier since we started using it in there nightly at bedtime. It could be a coincidence, but, it is a marked difference regardless. Nice to run this in a defuser in the bathroom while showering, works great with the steam!
