Happy with the results
I was anxious to try light therapy and have been very pleased with the results for better sleep and skin treatment
Works well
This is light weight, very portable and the controls are easy to navigate. The lights are bright and work as expected, the timer functions properly and is a nice feature to have. The instruction manual isn't the greatest about how to use the unit or the benefits (or how long you should expect before you see results).<br /><br />They have pain listed as something the light therapy can treat but then in the Amazon listing someone asked if this can be used to treat pain and on 1/20/21 the company responded that "Unfortunately the device is for beauty treatment use only. Any other consultation will be a pleasure".<br /><br />I can't say I'm seeing any results yet but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to yet. I'll check back in and update my review after trying it longer.
