Digest Fats, Proteins & Carbohydrates With Ease. I take one of these prior to ever meal. I have a lot of issues with GI and constipation because I have celiac disease. I do not absorb the nutrients the way I am supposed to and I cannot eat the protein that is in carbs called gluten. Since taking this I have had less gas, bloating, and abdominal distention making this claim Enjoy Your Favorite Meals & Reduce Gas, Bloating, Stomach Discomfort, Indigestion & Heart Burn, very true. This has regulated my bowel movements and I now go daily. I got this product on amazon review trader for a free or reduced price. My doctor suggestive I take a daily probiotic and I had no idea on which one to take, however the internet reviews recommended this one and I love it. It does not cause a frequent urge to poop like laxatives, however it does allow you to poop daily.
I Can Tell the Difference
I have had problems with my tummy my whole life. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2008, but then was told it wasn't 100% conclusive and needed a genetic test to make sure the positive was really a positive. My brother went through the whole process and he came back as can't have it after he was first told that his test for it was positive and he would have to stay away from gluten. My mother in law was the first one to start me thinking about digestive enzyme to help with my stomach issues. She was always giving me one when I came over. I knew I wanted to try one more regularly to see just how much of a benefit I can get out of such a small little supplement. So far I can see the difference in the severity of my issues when I take a tablet as opposed to forgetting. I think that this will help train me to remember to always take one.
