This is the best eyeliner I have ever used
This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. I have used Stila and Kat Von D in the past, as well as the pink version of the DollyWink eyeliner. This one blow them all out of the water. The brush is thin and easy to use, and the colour is very pigmented and flows evenly from the pen.

Great stuff. I like the tip. Make sure you store it upside down so the tip doesn't dry out. I've been using this for 5 years now, but this limited edition design is my favorite.

The first application of the eyeliner is does not have much pigment, but after a few application the liquid eyeliner is pretty black. I love how cleanly you can draw a wink eyeliner precisely and does not smudge. The eyeliner last all say and waterproof.
Best eyeliner I've used
I love this eyeliner!!! The only time it smudges is if youve worn it literally the whole day and sweat a lot. I havent found a better eyeliner yet.
