Had the start of a cold/ flu, all the symptoms at work. Took 2 capsules and had immediate relief. Able to make it all day. I took 2 more before bedtime and able to sleep all night without any aching sinuses from the cold.<br /> All natural medicine, no side effects that I can tell thus far. Capsules are easy to take, this formula you can taste the garlic if you leave it on your tongue before washing it down with water.<br />Capsules are about the same size of Tylenol cold capsule so really no difference in size, I like the fact it is a natural formula that neither puts you to sleep or keeps you awake after taking it like the " nighttime" or " daytime " cold meds.<br /> I like all of Dr Christophers products that I have tried thus far because they work.

Love Dr. Christopher's Cold Season Formula! I have a low immune system and always get colds/flu in winter. Cold season stops the sickness in it's tracks!!! Saved myself doctor visits. I start with 2 capsules 3-4 times a day if I'm very sick and drink lots of water. Then over the week as I begin feeling better I reduce it down to twice a day and then after a week once a day until I feel better again.
