If you have calluses on your toes, or toes that are close together this is a must to prevent toe and foot pain. Recommend to me by my podiatrist this has saved me from making many return trips to the podiatrist. With regular use, i have found a decrease in the growth of callluses due to decreased rubbing of my toes together.

Perfect. Prevented surgery
I have a bone spur on my small toe. After only a few weeks of walking it will develop a large pointed callous that is very painful when pressed and also pushes in the toe next to it which in turn cause callousing between toes. I lived with this for years and finally saw a podiatrist about it.<br />The Dr shaved the callous and recommended surgery and in the mean time gave me some Dr Jills Gel Tubes to protect my toe. The are very soft gel that you cut to length and slip over the toe. Well its been over a year since the Drs recommendation and I have worn the tube every time I have shoes on. No reoccurrence of the calluses, no pain, perfect. The tube can be reused over and over. One box contains a couple of tubes that in my case provide 6-8 lengths to protect my small toe.

These are good but comes off real easy. They do help on the hammer toe.
