More for fine, thining hair than bald areas
Not meant for bald patches, but more of a thickener. It does a nice job of making fine hair fuller, just make sure you get the right color. If you have bald patches, it may still work but will be more noticeably fake. Lasts for a full day at least.
Hair "sprinkle"
I do not have thinning hair, but there are parts of my hair that I would like to be thicker. After trying Dr. Yates Keratin Fiber Hair Enhancer, I can say that this product helped me. The color matched well (I have dark brown). I sprinkled lightly over a small section of hair, close to my scalp. I could instantly see the area darkening and looking thicker like there was more hair there. The hair enhancer is a powdery-like substance that is really just a lot of tiny little fibers when you look up close. It comes out pretty easily when you shampoo your hair. Made in Canada.

This works great, provided you use it with hair spray. If you donโt use hairspray with these fibers, you run the risk of them clumping up and being noticeable. However, with hairspray, you can go out all day without any issues.... I would stay out of the rain though.
Use a Light Hand
Like most of these product it is a tad fussy and messy. Practice definitely makes perfect and less is more. the dark brown color is pretty good. If you sprinkle it too thickly it looks artificial. It does give the appearance of fuller hair and masks bare scalp to some extent. the fibers need hair to adhere to so it will be of no use to those who are bald. I tried it without any spray or holding solution. It adhered fine. The dry particles do brush off without staining. It doesn't run down your face if you sweat but removes easily with shampoo. There is definitely a learning curve to application and it is important to get a close match to your natural color. 3.5
