White soft paraffin is one of the best moisturizers ever!
This type of cream (with white soft paraffin)<br /> has been the best for my family when it come to treating dry, itchy and even chapped skin. It doesn't feel oily, yet it's thick enough to last in your skin without having to reapply every 5-10 minutes. Also, it doesn't have artificial color/fragrances that can cause an allergic reaction on the skin. It's sad that you can't buy this in US supermarkets/pharmacies (in the UK there are plenty of brands easily accessible for cheap).
