They protect my ears well.
For years my curling iron would burn the tips of my ears even when not actually touching the skin. I have not had any burned ears since I bought these ear covers. They are easy to use and easy to store. I wish I had them years ago.

After reading a lot of reviews saying they don't fit I was skeptical....but, they aren't meant to fit perfectly. I think ppl are forgetting they are suction cups. WHEN YOU PUT THEM OVER YOUR EARS PRESS LIGHTLY UNTIL YOU CREATE A SUCTION. Once they were suctioned onto my ears they blocked out dryer noise and heat. They stayed on until I released the suction. I like them. I would have given a 5 star but apparently they need instructions, it would help.
