Awesome combo for the price! Great rod that'll out perform or perform just as well as most sitting at a $400 price range. Quality reel and okay line. They set it up according to my request (a heavier line) and it was at my door in 2 days!

This Outfit is Ready-to-Fish

I am a fly fishing rookie and I wanted a setup that was easy to get me started on the water. This outfit has been perfect in all aspects. Reel was pre-wound with backing, line and leader - all I had to do was tie on a fly and go. The case is awesome - extremely sturdy. The reel is stored in a separate cloth bag, so I might consider getting a hard case for it at some point. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this setup for someone who is just getting into fly fishing. My buddies who have been fly fishing much longer than me also agree this is a great setup for any level of experience, not just beginners.

The picture is misleading.

Does not come with everything shown. Just the case rod and reel. BUT, an amazing rod none the less. And with Echos lifetime warranty it's a perfect deal!<br /><br />*Edit* the picture is not misleading went fishing this morning, and notices everything was already attached to the line. It comes with all you see!
