Completely Destroyed, but...
Package arrived in fine condition. Contents look as though they suffered manufacturing defects. Bubbling on vinyl of case on both sides covering almost the entire case. Elastic was horribly bunched up so that it will not stop rolling when I insert brushes. Bristles, upon closer inspection, appear to have suffered heat damage (they are curling). Brush handles are a revolting purplish grey, not the lovely iridescent or pearlescent purple depicted, but I would have lived with this if the entire thing were not so completely damaged. Does seem to be good *quality* other than the defects and I'm disappointed I got an obviously damaged product. I am currently attempting to return for a refund. I spent double the money in order to get the case, but the case is ruined. I will change to a 5 star review for the benefit of the seller if I am able to get a full refund. Will update.<br /><br />UPDATE: Was issued a refund almost immediately upon request! While I am disappointed in the condition of the product, I would like to endorse Beauty Wig World (the seller) for their honesty. Thank you!
