Buy this product, seriously!
OK, so I bought this for my daughter. She is about to take her cosmetology boards, and she wanted new tools for Christmas. I have always had the "a straightener is a straightener" mentality. I was wrong. Seriously. I have one of the $100 straighteners that you buy in the mall. This one is FAR better than mine. I have taken to going to her bathroom in the morning to get ready just so I can use this straightener. To add to the appeal, it comes with a mat to lay it on to protect the counter, and it is really pretty. It looks just like the picture. My daughter took it to school for her teacher to try, and she is going to order one. I highly recommend this product. It has adjustable heat settings. It smooths the hair down and makes it feel all silky. I cannot say enough about how good it is. I recommend you get one for yourself and try it. I am about to buy one for my bathroom too.
