Reduce plastic
Love not throwing more plastic in the landfill! Bought a DIY empty deodorant container and I can push the bar right in it so I don't have to get my hands oily -works great and I can reuse again and again!

It smells a lot like my toothpaste, but it is pleasant and effective. I am happy for this option, healthier for me and our planet!
Great product!
This works so well with my body! I was never a big sweater but my pits could get smelly. Ew. All the deodorants I bought would only work for a little while but by days end I would stink. Iโve been using this deodorant for a couple weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it. Not only does it smell AMAZING, it works so well! I use it once in the morning and once after I shower in the evening and I donโt smell at all throughout the day or when I wake up in the morning. I threw out my store bought deodorant and have had zero regret. This is my new product. I love it. Not all bodies are the same (duh) but this product + my armpits = heaven ๐
A good deodorant, free from plastic
I applaud this brand for offering great products without plastic packaging. I've been trying to reduce my personal contribution to our world's plastic problem, so I decided to try the Ethique shampoos. After I was satisfied with the frizz wrangler shampoo bar, I checked out the other products made by Ethique. I was SUPER STOKED to see that they had a deodorant option, as I have previously tried to find a deodorant without aluminum and other strong chemicals. After trying a few options I gave up and, honestly, just stopped wearing deodorant except for during special occasions. I know that might sound gross, but it felt like the better option to me. Anyway, since I was so pleased with the shampoo, I tried this deodorant. I am very pleased with the spearmint & lime deodorant! I have seen other reviews mention condensation on the bar and I have noticed that as well. However, it doesn't seem to affect the functionality at all, so I don't understand why people complain about it. I do think it's important to apply this deodorant right after you dry off from the shower as it's a much easier task when your skin isn't bone dry. I will say that I also bought the lavender & vanilla option, but I couldn't even try it because I found the smell to be intolerable (and, incidentally, lacking any hint of vanilla). It wasn't that the smell was too strong, it was just incredibly unappealing to me.<br /><br />In summary, I'm very happy with the spearmint & lime deodorant. I think it even has some antiperspirant properties, which was an unexpected, but awesome surprise. I'm definitely going to keep trying the Ethique product line. I'm going to give the dog shampoo a try next.
I really love this ( spearmint and lime deodorant )
This is a very nice fresh smelling deodorant. I would say last half a day for a regular day..... Not a hot day but a average day so you'll need to apply it two to three times depending on how warm it is. I love that it's plastic free and it works wonderfully and much stronger than the store bought natural deodorant I've tried. I did notice it sweated a little and the paper it came with got really wet I replaced the paper with wax paper and it's made a huge difference. I now keep it in my bathroom without it sweating and becoming a goopy mess ๐ I'm thinking about getting bees wax wrap made from cloth and beeswaxs too put it in. My bathroom is always steamy so that's saying something.
Works to prevent odor
It absolutely works for me to stop odor and it doesnโt burn and hasnโt messed up my clothes. Itโs my favorite natural deodorant so far. I like it better than liquids, crystals, and natural โregularโ deodorants Iโve tried. I wouldnโt trust it with an expensive shirt or something that requires dry cleaning but it hasnโt stained my normal clothes so far. I like the lime and mint scent. Itโs not overpowering.

After trying and liking the lavender/vanilla scented deodorant, I decided to try this one too. Although I don't feel this one has much scent to it, I do feel that it works better at keeping away the bad odors. I have gotten the wetness on both bars from time to time, but if anything it helps the product glide on better. After I glide it on, I do smear it into my pits well with my hands. This may be why the wetness doesn't bother me so much. Either way, I end up washing my hands after applying it. I am very happy with these products and now use them interchangeably. Thank you for making a quality product that works well too.
