Shampoo does not have inner seal-leaked container at arrival. First application was surprised to see such a watery liquid. Later discovered the need for vigorous!!!! shaking of bulky container before use.<br />Subsequent usage verifies the claim as a "thickening" shampoo as witnessed by Spouse and others.
