This is a great product. I feel like it's able to get more dirt, oil etc off my face than my hands or a wash cloth (which I don't use on my face at all) until the button got stuck and it wouldn't shut off for me LOL so now I just use it without the batteries until I purchase another one! But all in all it's a great product!
