Powerful tool for facial care
I watched a few videos on how to properly use a gua sha tool prior to using it. This one is high quality, feels nice in the hand, and is cooling to the touch. I always use it right after moisturizing. You can see immediate (temporary) results right after, but need consistent use to see long-term results. After using this 3+ times per week for the past several months, I have noticed a notable difference in my jawline and cheeks. Quickly after using I started to see reduced swelling in my face. I also struggle with nerve pain and twitches in my chin due to facial swelling, and that has improved as well. I use it more if I'm sick, as the massaging eases pressure in my sinus cavities and seems to help things move along better there. I feel more "glowy", possibly due to increased circulation (as advertised). Spots seem to heal faster than they did previously.
