This face steamer and extractors are awesome. It has helped me to remove black heads from my chin much easier and probably much better than I was before just squeezing and popping black heads on my face. The tools I can stick in rubbing alcohol to get the germs away, and help so I don't spread the acne further so I really love the tools, but the steamer just opens up my pores perfectly to make it so much easier to remove the black heads. Now that I have been able to remove them with this steamer they are not coming back, and I have tried everythng from proactive, to drug store finds, to stuff from the dermatologist and things have helped with acne, but never getting rid of black heads.<br /><br />I highly recommend anyone suffering with black heads to try this out!

Works great. No issue with it getting to hot or "spitting" streaming water at my face. I also enjoy the extraction kit that came with it. Well worth the purchase.
