This is a great injector. I have tried others. I am so glad that I can use marinades with bits of spices and/or herbs in them and not have it plug up my needle. I also used the injector for a melted butter injection and by putting the injector in hot water before drawing up the butter, and then returning it to the hot water before infecting, the butter flowed smoothly. For a lean brisket, the hot butter injection helps make the meat moist and tender.

I have not used it yet waiting for Thanksgiving, but it is solid, that is obvious and it make some of the plastic ones I had in the past look like toys. I have zero problems keeping my turkeys juicy as I have been using a brine for many years. But one thing I never really get is buttery turkey, I intend to inject the turkey with butter this year and this is exactly what I had in mind to use.

Great flavor injector!!
This injector is made with really solid construction. It comes with two interchangeable needles for liquid marinades as well as one for marinades that might have solids (minced garlic, etc). The chamber had a very tight fit, so make sure to use a good amount of vegetable oil for lubrication. The stem on the plunger also had marks for volume measurement. Overall a great product!
