I got these for my 15-year-old daughter who has very thick, super curly long hair. She loves them. She is able to put up most of her hair. She says the clips don't pull and hurt her head the way hair bands do, and amazingly her curls don't get tangled in the tines or any part of the clips. The three colors are very pretty, and the clips seem very sturdy like they'll last a long time.
