LOVE THIS!!
I am a huge proponent of using epsom salts as a homeopathic remedy. This mustard soak is incredible. The scent is herbal and vibrant, it brought relief to my tired muscles and stuffy head. With a garden tub, I think you can get two uses out of this bag. Definitely worth the price.

I practice yoga regularly, and frequently have a sore muscle or two. I was recently was dealt a double whammy and got a cold as well. I used this soak and everything felt better. It has a great herbal scent for deep breathing.
