I only gave a 4 stars because I have not installed yet. I ordered on yesterday and received earlier today. I washed in apple cider vinegar and applied conditioner. Not much frizzing which is great. If feels pretty soft and even after allowing it to sit outside in the sun to dry; touch is soft and appears to be in good standing. Of course you can see there is slight difference in the amount of hair in each bundle but not too much. My plan is to have it installed next week so send good vibes...LOL. I would definitely purchase again and will try a different color.
